How do I view my child’s progress?

How do you unlock the other games?

When new students first log on, they have access to two games, “Ninja to the Stars” and “Wind Rider.” Additional games are unlocked gradually with continued usage. (A sign lets students know when the next game will be available.) New games are unlocked only after a certain number of Green-Light sessions. Students will not receive credit for a session unless they reach the Green Light.

Why is my child logging in daily but only seeing the same 2 games?

In the beginning there are only 2 games available. As the student progresses and learns more facts they will be able to unlock more games. This will happen as the student completes the specified number of Green Light Days.

Why does the number of days left keep saying 3 more days?

The number in the countdown is the number of Green Light Days the student needs to complete before they are able to unlock a new game. The student needs to make sure they get a Green Light before logging out to ensure the countdown goes down.

Why is the store always closed?

Students cannot access the Store or modify their avatars before reaching the Green Light. Reaching the Green Light typically requires a user session of at least 15 to 20 minutes, though some students may need longer to reach the Green Light.
